A host swimming club's Central Hub that works alongside, not in competition with Hy-Tek and SportSystems - an essential meet manager tool, providing a quick, easy way to gather entries and payments from all invited clubs AND individual swimmers who wish to attend your gala. To view a demo meet, without adding any payment or bank details, simply click on the Sign Up button.
Save hours of admin when setting up swimming meets – simply import your preferred Meet Entry file into Gala Organiser to set up the gala, send out the URL link generated on the gala entry to all invited clubs and individuals and watch the entries and payments roll in. (You choose the payment methods to offer invited clubs). Once the gala closing date has passed, Gala Organiser will produce an export file compatible with Hy-Tek or SportSystems Meet Manager, for you to ‘drop’ into Meet Organisation.
It's up to you - As the host club, you decide whether your club absorbs the cost or incorporates the cost as part of the 'per event' gala fees to the participating clubs. Depending on the level of attendance, based on usage of Gala Organiser to date, an average of 4-10p extra per event would need to be charged, thus making it free to the host club. A meet credit costs £100 or cheaper when purchasing multiples of 5, 10 or 20 credits.
